About Me

Hi! My name is Ana and I am an engineer driven by logical thinking. Back in 2018, I decided to find a way out of the burnout I was feeling by taking the initiative to begin a successful research hobby.

I spend my time selecting and developing quick tricks and exercises to free my mind of stressful thoughts. I have found that friends and colleagues have benefited from these tools as well. I am always willing to share this valuable knowledge with others.

I study facts about the mind (which I am passionate about due to the burnout I experienced a few years ago) in my free time. I research scientifically proven tricks and exercises for the mind that I then adapt, using my international certified know-how on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Coaching. These tips are quick and easy to apply but effective. 

 “Show me a quick and easy exercise to apply that will decrease mental stress, is scientifically researched and supported, and I will try it!” Yep, that is me! It is not easy to convince logical minded people – like myself – that there is a quick and easy way to simplify their own mind. I see everyday people letting themselves drown in stress and potential burnouts without realizing what they are doing to themselves –  like I did in 2018. Working life does not need to be like that. By sharing what I have learned about the mind, it is my intention to help logical thinkers stuck in their own loop of thoughts to recover their peace of mind.
